How to use them … I mean if it’s layer style , can I type text and just apply and maybe text will look like layer style, without to need make settings? Sorry for my stupid question .. just I’m beginner 🙂

The easiest way is to duplicate the desired style’s text layer directly from the PSD file into a new document (or to the document you are working on), then change the text.
You can check the HTML help file in the styles’ folder for more details as well.
